Returns

If you don’t like the dress, or if it doesn’t fit, simply email info@getdressedhire.com.au within 2 hours of receiving the dress.

Please return it within 24 hours of receiving your dress and we will issue you a credit note (less postage costs of $30).

Once we have received your unworn dress and accessories, we will email you your credit note within 5 working days.

Please note there is no exchange or refund on sale items – all sales are final.
